Forced Answer
This feature enables the caller to force the called party (on Eon45 or EonSoft) to answer the call by making the destination station`s speaker go Off-Hook. This is useful when the called party is not responding to the call in spite of the station ringing continuously.

The EonSoft offers a user friendly help menu for ease of operation.
Integration with Microsoft Address Book
The EonSoft can be integrated with Microsoft address book. This helps the users to call the stored numbers directly from the address book at a click of the mouse. The EonSoft can be operated both, through keyboard and with mouse.
